Job summary

STARK Group is seeking an IT Sourcing Manager to shape and execute sourcing across a complex, multi‑vendor IT landscape in Europe. Based in Denmark (Viby J) with some travel, you will influence vendor governance and drive commercial strategies with stakeholders.

You will engage with senior IT leadership, optimize costs, and steer supplier performance while supporting the digital transformation journey. Start date aims for November or December.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT sourcing, vendor management or similar commercial IT roles.
• Experience executing sourcing strategies in complex IT environments and overseeing tenders.
• Strong contractual and commercial understanding with RFI/RFP experience.

As IT Sourcing Manager in STARK Group IT, you will play a key role in shaping and executing how we source IT services across a complex, multi-vendor landscape. In this role you will be successful when you:

• Own strategic sourcing decisions across STARK Group's international IT landscape and lead commercial initiatives that shape how we partner with key technology providers across Europe.
• Drive sourcing decisions across applications, infrastructure, cloud, and managed services in an outsourced setup.
• Build strong relationships with key IT suppliers and ensure commercial models and governance structures that support performance, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Act as a trusted advisor to IT leadership and business stakeholders, balancing cost efficiency, service quality, and speed to market.
• Apply strong commercial and financial judgement through TCO analyses, business cases, KPIs, and vendor performance management.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a commercially strong and relationship-driven IT sourcing professional who thrives in a fast-paced IT environment. You are comfortable operating across IT, business, and suppliers, and you create results through strong stakeholder management, sound commercial judgement, and structured execution.

Key qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience within IT sourcing, vendor management, procurement, or similar commercial IT roles.
• Proven experience and executing sourcing strategies in complex IT environments, ideally across areas such as applications, infrastructure, cloud services or other technology domains.
• Proven experience leading complex sourcing and tender processes.
• Strong commercial and contractual understanding, with hands‑on experience in RFI/RFP processes and negotiations.
• Strong communicator and influencer, able to engage effectively with technical, commercial, and senior stakeholders.
• Willingness to improve and increase quality of our IT Sourcing processes.
