Qualifications

• Proven track record in architecture roles in large, complex enterprise organisations.
• Clear, well-reasoned vision for best-in-class Windows Server platform and ability to turn vision into roadmaps and standards.
• Deep expertise in Windows Server architecture and engineering (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, PKI/certificates, Windows auth).
• Experience with security hardening, privileged access management, and lifecycle management for Windows Server.
• Experience designing high availability, clustering, DR for production environments.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise Windows Server architecture, vision, roadmap and standards across General and Production environments.
• Define and govern secure, standardised platforms (configuration, networking, storage, virtualisation, monitoring, backup, recovery).
• Set security architecture and hardening standards for privileged access and authentication.
• Design architectures for segregated networks with secure integrations, high availability and DR.
• Lead modernisation, upgrades, migrations, automation and reducing technical debt.
• Act as senior technical authority, guiding infrastructure, security and application teams.
