Job summary

Novo Nordisk is seeking a Senior IT Windows Server Architect to set the vision and roadmaps for Windows Server across the General and Production environments. You will be the architectural authority influencing design, security, automation and operation of enterprise servers worldwide.

You will define standards for Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, PKI, and privileged access, drive modernisation, and lead governance reviews with cross-functional teams across the globe.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in architecture roles for Windows Server in large enterprise environments.
• Visionary ability to turn roadmaps into standards and decisions.
• Deep expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and PKI/certificates.
• Experience with security, privileged access, risk management and lifecycle governance.
• Experience delivering high availability, DR and resilience for production systems.

Responsibilities

• Own the enterprise Windows Server architecture, vision, roadmap and standards for General and Production environments.
• Define and govern secure, standardized platforms covering configuration, networking, storage, virtualization, monitoring, backup and recovery.
• Set security architecture and hardening standards for privileged access, authentication and certificates.
• Design architectures for segregated networks with secure integrations and high availability.
• Lead modernization, upgrades, migrations, automation and Infrastructure as Code initiatives.
• Act as senior technical authority for architecture governance and reviews.
