Job summary

Novicell in Copenhagen is seeking a Senior Manager for our Tech Enablement team to guide clients on platform selection and architectural strategy. You will translate business goals into technical roadmaps and lead the team to deliver high-impact recommendations.

You will collaborate with enterprise architects, tech leads, and management consultants to future-proof client setups and drive pre-sales and business development, with opportunities to grow the team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as external consultant in an agency or digital consultancy.
• Broad knowledge of MACH, composable, and suite-based architectures.
• Experience advising on commerce, CMS, search, personalization, martech, PIM, or marketing automation.
• Experience with technical pre-sales and business development.
• Fluency in Danish and English, spoken and written.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to structure complex challenges.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on platform selection and architectural strategy.
• Lead and develop the Tech Enablement team as appropriate.
• Collaborate with tech leads, enterprise architects, and management consultants.
• Develop business cases weighing cost, risk, and long-term value.
• Define roadmaps and transition plans for client architectures.
• Translate corporate strategy into technology roadmaps to support growth.
• Drive technical pre-sales and contribute to winning new clients.
