Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Around 10 years as a subject matter expert in verification engineering, software testing, or similar.
• Experience managing complex test projects and mentoring others.
• Expertise in test automation, scripting, and testing complex software/hardware systems.
• Proficiency in Python, scripting, Linux, simulations, and firmware development.
• Ability to apply Generative AI tools to improve test design and automation.
• Strong quality and process management skills across engineering workflows.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex requirements and system designs to define verification strategies.
• Design, develop, and maintain test plans, cases, and procedures for features.
• Act as SME, managing large-scale test projects with limited oversight.
• Coach, review, and delegate test development to junior professionals.
• Execute manual and automated tests to validate functions and performance.
• Develop, implement, and maintain test automation frameworks and scripts.
• Integrate automated testing into the CI/CD pipeline for efficiency.
• Identify, document, and track defects through resolution with workflow tools.
• Perform root cause analysis and communicate findings to stakeholders.
