Job summary

Siemens Energy is seeking a seasoned PMO/Business Improvement professional to drive operational excellence across Grid Technology Services Europe & Africa. You will establish governance, standardize processes, and lead continuous improvement initiatives in a hybrid environment across multiple regions.

The role emphasizes project management maturity, automation, and scalable operations, with long-term growth and global collaboration opportunities in a strategic division.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of experience in PM, process improvement, or operational excellence.
• Strong knowledge of PM methodologies: Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management in international settings.
• Experience with LEAN, Value Stream Mapping, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Fluent English and willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Establish and improve project management standards, governance, and best practices across the organization.
• Lead business process optimization initiatives to boost efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Partner with regional/global stakeholders to identify opportunities and implement sustainable solutions.
• Govern and enhance PM methodologies, tools, KPIs, and reporting for data-driven decisions.
• Analyze process non-conformities, drive corrective actions with Quality teams.
• Support digital transformation and scalable operations through continuous improvement.
