Job summary
Veritaz AB is seeking a System Test Engineer to join the Solution Architecture & Verification team within R&D. The role focuses on verifying quality, stability, robustness, performance and reliability of embedded system solutions through manual and automated testing.
You will develop test plans, create test cases, enhance test environments and contribute to increased automation. Strong Python skills and Linux knowledge are essential, with experience in embedded systems and Selenium/JIRA/JAMA
Qualifications
- Experience with automated testing environments.
- Strong Python skills are required.
- Experience with embedded systems.
- Knowledge of Linux/open systems.
- Familiarity with ISTQB principles.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
Responsibilities
- Develop test plans for system releases.
- Design test cases from customer requirements.
- Configure and enhance test environments for automation.
- Perform manual and automated system testing.
- Develop new automated test cases.
- Verify system performance, stability and reliability.
- Verify robustness and specification compliance.
- Use Python for test automation and verification.
- Work with embedded systems and Linux environments.
- Document and report test progress and results.
