Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electromechanical Engineering.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in product development and verification.
• Experience in complex, global project organizations.
• Specialization in electromagnetics, thermal behavior, or NVH within electrical machines.
• Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Define and continuously improve verification strategies for new generator designs and technologies.
• Lead end-to-end generator verification activities, including planning, testing, evaluation, reporting, and risk mitigation.
• Collaborate with design engineers in FMEA processes to develop robust verification methodologies.
• Establish and ensure consistent use of guidelines, standards, and best practices across projects.
• Perform advanced data analysis and root‑cause investigations, translating insights into corrective actions.
• Act as the domain sign‑off authority for generator verification during peer reviews and key milestones.
• Provide technical leadership by coaching engineers, supporting projects, and driving continuous improvement across the organization.
