Terma is seeking a Test Engineer in Lystrup, Denmark, to drive tests of space systems and serve as SME for PCDU testing. You will proactively identify issues, document results, and collaborate with stakeholders to improve designs.

Join a 15-person Test Operations team within Space Systems, with a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement. Fluency in English is required; Danish is a plus.

Your role in our team

As our new Test Engineer, you will act as our subject matter expert on PCDU (Power Conditioning & Distribution Unit) test and guiding our junior team members. You will be responsible for driving and performing tests of our space systems, where you proactively will identify and resolve issues, contributing to high quality and continuous development. You will document results, prepare reports, and share feedback to help improve our designs in close collaboration with a broad range of stakeholders.

You will be part of Test Operations within our Space Systems department, joining a team of 15 Engineers and Technicians. The team works closely together with a strong focus on collaboration, knowledge sharing, and a structured approach to testing activities. You will join an open and professional environment where team members support each other and share knowledge as part of the daily work. The team has a solution-oriented mindset and continuously works on improving methods, processes, and overall test quality.

You are fluent in English both in writing and verbal at a professional level. Danish is an advantage but not a requirement. Moreover, we are also looking for a new colleague with the following qualifications:
