Job summary

Pandora A/S is seeking a Strategy & Transformation Senior Consultant to shape the Digital & Technology strategy and drive tangible outcomes. You will translate ambitions into actionable roadmaps, align diverse stakeholders, and enable data-driven decisions across the organization.

You will work with the CDTO and senior leaders to steer cross-functional initiatives, empowering execution at scale within Pandora’s Phoenix strategy.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in strategy development, strategic execution, transformation, or business planning.
• Management consulting experience strongly preferred, with ability to structure complex problems and drive clarity.
• Exceptional strategic framing skills with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and storytelling capabilities, including slide-writing and executive presentation.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders across levels in fast-moving environments.
• Comfort with ambiguity; able to bring structure, direction, and momentum.
• Proactive, collaborative, and able to contribute to social aspects of work.
• Interest in how digital and technology trends reshape retail and consumer business.
• Master’s degree in business, strategy, economics, engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Set Strategic Focus: define strategic priorities and facilitate alignment across D&T and business partners.
• Connect Strategy to Execution: shape initiatives and develop business cases to turn strategy into action.
• Support Strategic & Transformative Initiatives: coordinate transformation efforts and manage risks and dependencies.
• Empower Executive Leadership: deliver insights and recommendations to D&T leadership and the CDTO.
• Enable Cross-Functional Collaboration: develop governance materials and provide visibility on progress.
