Job summary

Pandora A/S in Copenhagen is seeking a Strategy & Transformation Senior Consultant to help shape Digital & Technology's strategic agenda and translate ambitions into actionable roadmaps. You will work across Pandora’s D&T organisation and partner closely with key business functions to frame complex problems, shape direction, and orchestrate high-impact initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in strategy development, strategic execution, transformation, or business planning.
• Management consulting experience (top-tier or similar) strongly preferred, with proven ability to structure complex problems and drive clarity.
• Exceptional strategic framing skills, with the ability to break down and tackle ambiguous, cross-functional challenges.
• Strong communication and storytelling capabilities, including slide-writing and executive presentation.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders across all levels and drive alignment in fast-moving environments.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity, bringing structure, direction and momentum where it is not yet defined.
• Proactive mindset and team-player approach, contributing to social aspects of work.
• Interest in how digital and technology trends reshape retail and consumer businesses.
• Master’s degree in business, strategy, economics, engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Shaping strategic direction and defining priorities across D&T and business partners.
• Design and facilitate workshops that align stakeholders and sharpen strategic direction.
• Enable data-driven decisions through structured insights and value-focused analysis.
• Structure, shape and support strategic initiatives across Digital & Technology.
• Facilitate strategic problem framing, analytical assessments, and business case development.
• Provide leadership support and coordinate D&T-wide transformation initiatives.
• Lead or support execution by clarifying objectives, risks and dependencies.
• Support change management for major initiatives and adoption of new ways of working.
• Deliver executive insights, decision materials, and strategic recommendations for D&T leadership.
• Translate complex topics into clear narratives for senior stakeholders.
• Contribute to governance forums and provide visibility on progress and risks.
• Develop communication material for leadership forums across D&T.
