Job summary

Pandora is seeking a Director of Digital & Retail Tech Operations to ensure the platforms and services across Pandora’s global business run seamlessly, reliably, and securely. Based in Copenhagen, you will lead a dispersed team of 10+ direct reports and partner with product, engineering, and vendor teams to shape the function’s roadmap and transformation.

You will champion a DevOps by design mindset, strengthen unified operations, and advance observability.

Qualifications

Senior technology operations leader with strong business impact understanding.
Experience leading geographically dispersed teams across multiple locations.
Knowledge of DevOps and ITIL practices and related tooling.

Responsibilities

Lead the seamless operation of Pandora's digital and retail technology platforms.
Monitor real-time health and performance, use data to drive improvements.
Strengthen incident management and reduce time to detect and resolve issues.
Embed operational excellence through DevOps and ITIL practices, ensuring timely, documented outages resolution.
Collaborate with Cybersecurity to support compliance and risk management.
Lead, develop and engage a geographically dispersed team with clear guidance.
