Job summary

Pandora's Strategy & Transformation team within Digital & Technology invites a Senior Consultant to help shape the strategic agenda and translate ambitions into tangible outcomes across the organization. This role anchors issue framing, problem-solving, and coordinated execution at scale.

You will enable data-driven decisions, design strategic roadmaps, and drive enterprise-wide impact. Role is Band 5A, individual contributor, based at the Copenhagen hub.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in strategy development, strategic execution, transformation, or business planning.
• Management consulting experience strongly preferred, top-tier or similar.
• Exceptional strategic framing skills with analytical problem-solving.
• Strong communication and storytelling capabilities, including executive presentation.
• Ability to influence stakeholders across all levels and drive alignment in fast-moving environments.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity, bringing structure and momentum where undefined.
• Proactive mindset and team player contributing to social aspects of work.
• Interest in how digital and technology trends are reshaping retail and consumer businesses.
• Master's degree in business, strategy, economics, engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Set Strategic Focus across D&T and business partners, shaping priorities and alignment.
• Connect Strategy to Execution by structuring initiatives and driving cross-functional delivery.
• Support Strategic & Transformative Initiatives, coordinating transformation efforts and risk management.
• Empower Executive Leadership with insights, strategic recommendations, and compelling narratives for the CDTO.
• Enable Cross-Functional Collaboration through governance forums and clear progress reporting.
