Job summary

Villa Copenhagen is seeking a trained Souschef for the al carte kitchen in Copenhagen. The role requires 8+ years in a hotel or high-end kitchen, fluency in English, and a strong focus on team leadership and cost control.

You will report to the Head Chef and Executive Chef in a full-time capacity. We value a positive, responsible team player who respects products and colleagues and thrives in a high-pressure, dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Trained chef with 8+ years of experience working in a hotel and/or high end a la carte kitchen.
• Leading and Developing Team
• Menu Execution (Developing, Cost control )
• Fluent in english, speaking and writing
• Responsible and positive personality
• Teamplayer with respect for products and colleagues
