Job summary

Sitecore is seeking a Senior Solution Consultant to support the full sales cycle with a strong technical background and sharp business acumen. You will translate technology into business outcomes, build compelling business cases, and drive ROI-driven conversations with senior stakeholders.

In this role you will lead discovery, craft value hypotheses, and present tailored demonstrations and Proofs of Concept that prove both technical fit and business value.

Qualifications

• Native level German and business fluency in French.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into clear business outcomes.
• Experience delivering value-based demonstrations focusing on ROI.
• Proficient in designing end-to-end enterprise solutions and integrations.
• Knowledge of digital experience and cross-channel marketing technologies.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor across designated accounts including C-level stakeholders.
• Understand customer objectives, KPIs, and align Sitecore solutions to deliver value.
• Build business cases and value hypotheses with clear ROI and impact.
• Identify upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities based on value realization.
• Partner with Account Executives and partners to shape deal strategy.
• Lead value-driven discovery sessions and translate insights into tailored approaches.
• Deliver bespoke demonstrations focused on use cases and outcomes.
• Develop Proofs of Concept validating technical fit and business value.
• Support presales with positionings and value propositions.
• Contribute to RFP/RFI/RFQ responses with outcome-focused proposals.
• Represent Sitecore in customer meetings and workshops with senior stakeholders.
• Continuously upskill on Sitecore and related technologies.
