Job summary

Elastic is seeking a Solutions Architect in Denmark to act as a technical authority for our sales teams, customers, partners and community. You will understand business issues and map Elastic Stack capabilities to deliver value across regions.

You will engage with customers during all phases—from discovery to the technical win—and help enable partners while continuously learning and sharing knowledge with the Elastic community.

Qualifications

• Track record of success in a technical presales role within the Enterprise Sector.
• Ability to articulate and sell the benefits of modern platforms, software and technologies.
• A real passion for being curious and a continuous learner.
• History of successful customer relations where you developed an understanding of what made a difference, and devised architectures that helped meet a goal, tackle a problem, or outpace competitors.
• Ability to influence; convincing teams of ideas, technology or architectural patterns.
• Willingness to travel 30% within region, and occasionally internationally.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical point of contact for accounts and account managers in your territory.
• Develop a deep understanding of customers’ goals and articulate how Elastic offerings address their needs.
• Create and own value-based relationships at all levels in customer organizations.
• Participate in planning and execution for your territory, from discovery to the technical win.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Elastic products and solutions to demonstrate value in sales meetings and at events.
• Advise the sales team on effective ways of positioning Elastic products, solutions and services.
• Onboard, educate and enable partners, and support them in sales cycles.
• Create collateral, contribute to programs and collaborate with others to meet client needs.
• Be the voice of the customer to communicate needs to engineering and leadership.
