Job summary

LEGO Group in Billund is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to make digital compliance a first‑class engineering capability. You will design, develop, and maintain scalable compliance infrastructure across our app ecosystem, applying SRE principles to automate enforcement and verification.

Collaborate with Digital Product Safety, QA, and legal teams to translate regulatory requirements into technical roadmaps, transform legacy Unity apps, and ensure backwards compatibility while upholding child

Qualifications

Hands-on production experience with Unity or similar cross‑platform mobile app framework.
Experience applying SRE principles to automate compliance and reliability.
Ability to read regulatory or legal frameworks and translate into actionable engineering tasks.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable compliance infrastructure across the app ecosystem.
Transform regulatory fixes into verifiable, automated compliance defaults.
Collaborate with Digital Product Safety, QA and legal to translate requirements into technical roadmaps.
Mentor team members on compliance patterns and defensive engineering practices.
