Job summary

The LEGO Group in Copenhagen is seeking a Staff Engineer to shape the platform engineering direction across cloud, container, edge, and observability. You will align architecture and standards while enabling scalable product platforms.

You will partner with Lead Engineers and Engineering Directors to push architectural consistency, reduce technical debt, and drive platform adoption across Digital Technology in a hybrid work setting.

Establish clear technical direction across the Platform Engineering capability portfolio.
Increase alignment across Cloud Enablement, Container Platform, Edge Platform, Observability, and Hosting Platforms.
Improve architectural consistency and platform adoption across Digital Technology.
Support Lead Engineers in executing strategic technology decisions.
Help modernize platform infrastructure while reducing technical debt.
Strengthen engineering excellence across cloud, platform, and infrastructure domains.
