Job summary

The LEGO Group is seeking a Senior Software Engineer in Billund, Denmark to deliver high-quality software for interactive LEGO experiences. You will develop with C#/.NET, AvaloniaUI, and Python, work with cross-functional teams to create developer tools, and champion a strong emphasis on testing, CI/CD, and architectural excellence.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in C#/.NET and Python.
• Experience with AvaloniaUI or similar UI frameworks.
• Strong understanding of Git and CI/CD tooling.
• Experience with Docker and cloud endpoints.
• Ability to discuss and shape software architecture.
• Experience automating development pipelines and toolchains.

Responsibilities

• Develop modular, testable software for interactive LEGO products using C#/.NET, AvaloniaUI and Python.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build developer tools for LEGO experiences.
• Ensure high quality through code reviews, automated tests, and CI, with strong unit testing.
• Automate pipelines and toolchains to improve developer efficiency and delivery speed.
• Engage in architecture discussions to drive innovation and technical excellence.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote an agile, teach-and-learn culture.
