Job summary

Arla Foods is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to build features for our Customer Service and Sales teams, reporting to the Head of IT Product, Customers. You will collaborate with architects, consultants and other developers to advance our Commercial Salesforce roadmap.

You will design and implement new capabilities, troubleshoot incidents, and ensure secure, well-documented processes. Join a market‑leading dairy group driving a Salesforce‑driven agenda for growth and innovation.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Salesforce development tools including Apex, Visualforce and Lightning.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce best practices, coding standards and architecture concepts.
Experience integrating Salesforce with other systems via APIs and middleware.
Extensive experience with complex Salesforce customization and configuration.
Agile development experience is preferred; collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential.

Responsibilities

Design, build and drive implementation of new Salesforce features and functionalities.
Coordinate work, mentor team members and ensure code quality.
Troubleshoot incidents related to Salesforce applications and integrations.
Collaborate with developers to resolve root causes and implement fixes.
Define, secure and monitor Salesforce systems and data integrity.
Document processes and continuously improve ways of working.
