Arla Foods A.m.b.a is seeking an Experienced Salesforce Developer to build features for Customer Service Agents within the Commercial Salesforce area. You will collaborate with IT Product, architects, consultants and other developers to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions and integrations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Salesforce development tools, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce best practices, coding standards and architecture concepts.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with other systems using APIs and middleware; SAP ERP integration is a plus.
• Solid experience with complex Salesforce customization and configuration.
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

How you will make an impact

As an Experienced Salesforce Developer, we want you to build features and applications for our Customer Service Agents and support incidents across the Commercial Salesforce area. Your work will contribute to Arla's Salesforce agenda while delivering strong capabilities for our partners in Customer Service. This role reports to the Head of IT Product, Customers within Commercial IT & Digital, and you will collaborate closely with other developers, architects, consultants and other team members to achieve our long-term goals. Further, the responsibilities will involve

• Designing, building and driving implementation of new features and functionalities
• Coordinating work and mentoring other members of the team
• Troubleshooting and prioritizing incidents related to Salesforce applications and integrations
• Collaboration with developers in solving the root causes of issues and getting them fixed
• Defining, securing and monitoring of the system
• Document processes and improving ways of working

• Proficiency in Salesforce development tools, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components
• Clear insight of Salesforce best practices, coding, and design guidelines, as well as key Salesforce architectural concepts
• Expertise in integrating Salesforce with other systems using APIs and middleware (integrations with SAP ERP are beneficial)
• Solid experience with complex Salesforce customization and configuration
• Advanced design and implementation skills; strong grasp of architectural patterns and integration design.
• Experience with Agentforce and Data360 is an advantage
• Experience working in agile methodology
