Job summary

Norlys seeks a Senior Salesforce Developer to lead Salesforce deliveries within a full-stack delivery team. You’ll collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Product Management and Marketing to design and implement robust Salesforce solutions.

The role combines hands-on development with architectural oversight, mentoring, and continuous improvement in a SAFe environment. Based in Denmark, you’ll work across Agentforce Communications platforms, CPQ/Revenue Cloud and Marketing Cloud while upholding

Qualifications

Several years of proven Salesforce Developer, Tech Lead and/or Architect experience.
Salesforce certifications or documented equivalent experience with Sales Cloud & Service Cloud.
Experience integrating Salesforce with other systems via APIs and event-driven designs.

Responsibilities

Act as technical lead for Salesforce deliveries, ensuring robust, secure and scalable implementations.
Set and enforce best practices for design, coding standards, integrations, testing and deployment (CI/CD, DevOps).
Review and mentor other developers; provide feedback and code reviews.
Hands-on implementation tasks from large features to minor enhancements, bugs and incidents.
End-to-end contribution in SAFe delivery: backlog refinement, estimation, design, configuration/coding, testing and deployment.
