Qualifications
- Proficiency in Salesforce development tools, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce best practices, coding standards and architecture concepts.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with other systems using APIs and middleware; SAP ERP integration is a plus.
- Solid experience with complex Salesforce customization and configuration.
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Design, build and drive implementation of new Salesforce features for Customer Service and Sales.
- Coordinate work and mentor other team members.
- Troubleshoot incidents related to Salesforce applications and integrations.
- Collaborate with developers to resolve root causes and implement fixes.
- Define, secure and monitor the Salesforce system.
- Document processes and improve ways of working.
