Job summary

Arla Foods is seeking an Experienced Salesforce Developer to build features for Customer Service Agents within the Commercial Salesforce area. You will report to the Head of IT Product, Customers in Commercial IT & Digital, collaborating with developers, architects and consultants to advance Arla's Salesforce agenda and deliver strong capabilities for our partners in Customer Service.

You will design and implement new functionalities, mentor peers, troubleshoot Salesforce incidents, and optimize

Qualifications

Proficiency in Salesforce development tools, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
Clear insight of Salesforce best practices, coding, and design guidelines.
Expertise in integrating Salesforce with other systems using APIs and middleware; SAP ERP integration is beneficial.
Solid experience with complex Salesforce customization and configuration.
Advanced design and implementation skills; strong grasp of architectural patterns and integration design.
Experience with Agentforce and Data360 is an advantage.
Experience working in agile methodology.

Responsibilities

Designing, building and driving implementation of new features and functionalities
Coordinating work and mentoring other members of the team
Troubleshooting and prioritizing incidents related to Salesforce applications and integrations
Collaboration with developers in solving the root causes of issues and getting them fixed
