Job summary

LEGO Group is seeking a Sr. Manager, S&OP (Maternity Cover) to drive balance between supply and demand within the Global S&OP team. This 12‑month contract offers visibility and the chance to deliver high‑quality materials, build networks, identify risks, and support decision‑making.

The role involves translating insights into action, presenting to senior leaders, and coordinating with functions across time zones. The hybrid setup typically includes three in‑person days per week.

Qualifications

• Delivered executive presentations using PowerPoint, including data visualisation for senior stakeholders.
• Performed supply chain or financial analysis using Excel to support business decisions.
• Worked across multiple functional areas and time zones, both virtually and in person.
• Built experience within S&OP, analytical supply chain roles, or comparable cross‑functional business environments.
• Presented recommendations and insights to senior leaders and decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Build high‑quality materials that support the monthly S&OP cycle.
• Foster strong relationships with input providers and stakeholders across the business.
• Provide analysis that identifies risks, validates data, and supports informed decisions.
• Drive improvements that strengthen process execution and team effectiveness.
• Support broader strategic projects and ad‑hoc analyses when business needs arise.
• Balance analytical work with stakeholder engagement and senior‑level communication.
