Job summary

LEGO Group in Billund, Denmark, seeks a seasoned leader to drive the delivery and adoption of strategic capabilities across Global Commercial Operations. You will coordinate Demand Planning, Order Management, Performance Management, and Product and Digital teams to implement new processes, operating models, and ways of working.

This role combines business delivery leadership with organizational readiness, change execution, and capability development to enable GCO to evolve.

Qualifications

Experience leading large-scale transformation and operating model changes.
Proven ability to translate strategy into executable plans with measurable outcomes.
Experience in Demand Planning, Order Management, or related business functions.

Responsibilities

Lead strategic business delivery and operating model changes across GCO with executable plans and measurable outcomes.
Drive organizational readiness, adoption, and change management for new processes and ways of working.
Identify capability gaps and develop training and enablement plans across GCO.
Establish consistent project delivery, change management, and implementation frameworks across initiatives.
Ensure realization of business value by monitoring adoption and taking corrective actions.
