As our Sr. Manager, S&OP (Maternity Cover), you’ll play a pivotal role on the Global S&OP team, helping drive the balance between supply and demand and supporting critical business decisions across the LEGO Group. This 12‑month contract offers the chance to contribute to a highly visible process that influences business performance while helping the organisation navigate both opportunities and challenges. You’ll quickly become part of the monthly S&OP cycle, delivering high-quality materials, building strong networks, identifying risks, challenging assumptions, and providing analysis that supports decision-making.
If you’ve worked in a role where you balanced analytical work with stakeholder engagement and senior-level communication, you’ll feel at home here. What matters most is your ability to translate insights into action while maintaining a high standard of delivery.
You’ll join Global S&OP within Global Supply Chain Operations, a team responsible for helping the organisation optimise the balance between supply and demand. The team works closely together, sharing information openly and supporting one another throughout the monthly cycle. Our hybrid rhythm typically brings us together in person three days each week. Collaboration, stakeholder management, process ownership, critical thinking, and teamwork are a natural part of how we work and learn from one another.
Success means becoming a trusted contributor to the established S&OP process, delivering timely and accurate materials while helping the team navigate a changing business environment. You’ll work closely with S&OP colleagues, commercial and operations partners, and stakeholders across Billund and globally. Over time, you’ll be recognised for identifying risks early, bringing fresh perspectives, and helping strengthen decision-making across the process.
