Job summary

LEGO Group in Copenhagen, Denmark, is seeking a senior leader to drive strategic business delivery across Global Commercial Operations. You will guide adoption of new processes, operating models, and capabilities while aligning with Digital deployment and performance teams.

You will lead organizational readiness, capability development, and delivery excellence to ensure initiatives deliver intended value, in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading large-scale business transformation or strategic capability-building initiatives.
• Strong program and project delivery experience across cross-functional initiatives.
• Practical experience in Demand Planning, Order Management, Commercial Planning, or related functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of major GCO initiatives and operating model changes.
• Drive business readiness, change management, and adoption of new processes and ways of working.
• Identify capability gaps and develop training, enablement, and capability-building plans.
• Establish consistent project delivery, change management, and implementation approaches.
• Monitor adoption and measure impact to ensure benefits are realized.
