Job summary

Quadsat is seeking an experienced RF Systems & Hardware Engineer to advance SpectraLoc, our defense product for RF sensing, geolocation, and detection of RF emitters. You will help strengthen RF hardware foundations, improve measurement integrity, and work with cross-disciplinary teams to mature RF architectures.

The role emphasizes RF front-end design, coherent receivers, and RF chain optimization, contributing to robust product certification and future RF innovations.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience designing, validating, and improving RF systems where measurement quality and robustness matter.
• Experience with high-frequency RF hardware development for sensing, radar, or EW applications.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize RF front-end architectures for sensing and geolocation.
• Contribute to coherent receiver design and multi-channel architectures.
• Design and improve RF chains, including filtering, amplification, mixing, and noise performance.
• Support PCB design/layout for RF circuits and ensure signal integrity.
• Improve measurement integrity across the RF sensing chain and calibration.
• Plan and perform RF measurements using spectrum analysers, VNAs, and RF test equipment.
• Collaborate with DSP/software/embedded/FPGA teams to reflect RF behavior in algorithms and performance.
• Support certification readiness and design-for-manufacturing activities.
