Are you passionate about RF, mmWave, and mixed-signal technologies? At Sivers Semiconductors, we’re driving innovation in 5G/6G, SATCOM, and radar, and we’re looking for a RF Test Engineer to help bring our cutting-edge products to life.
In this hands-on role, you’ll design and automate test setups, characterize ICs and antenna arrays, and work closely with design, system, and applications teams to solve real-world challenges. Your work will directly impact next-generation wireless systems used around the globe.
What You Bring:
M.S. in Electrical Engineering (Ph.D. a plus)
Experience or academic background in RF/mmWave circuits and measurement
Hands-on skills with VNAs, spectrum analyzers, signal generators, and test automation
Proficiency in Python or MATLAB

Qualifications:
M.S. in Electrical Engineering (or related field) with a focus on RF/microwave circuits, electromagnetics, or communication systems.
0–3 years of hands-on experience in RF testing, measurement automation, or lab characterization (academic or industry).
Proficiency with RF instrumentation such as VNAs, signal generators, spectrum analyzers, power sensors, and switch matrices.
Familiarity with mmWave measurement challenges, including calibration, de-embedding, and probe station use.
Knowledge of beamforming arrays, LNAs/PAs, mixers, and PLLs is a plus.
Scripting experience in Python or MATLAB is required; experience with databases or data-management tools is a bonus.
Strong documentation and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
