Job summary

Fuller Technologies Denmark A/S is seeking a Reliability Engineer III to lead and advance reliability models that improve cement plant equipment performance and maintenance strategies worldwide.

You will drive FMECA development, collaborate across mechanical engineering, product management, and services, and translate data into actionable maintenance recommendations that create recurring revenue opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Eight+ years in reliability/maintenance engineering or asset management.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of FMECA models for critical cement plant equipment.
• Provide technical leadership on reliability methodologies, maintenance strategies, and asset optimization.
• Analyze complex reliability, maintenance, and operational data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Transform reliability data into strategic maintenance recommendations and lucrative service leads.
• Lead development and expansion of reliability frameworks to support ORS and global rollout.
