Fuller Technologies is seeking a Reliability Engineer III to lead FMECA model development and reliability strategies for cement plants worldwide. You will collaborate with Mechanical Engineering, Remote Services, Product Management, and commercial teams to transform data into actionable maintenance recommendations.
Required are a mechanical engineering degree and 8+ years in reliability or asset management, with experience in FMECA and ILS/RCM.

As a Reliability Engineer III, you will provide technical leadership in developing and advancing reliability models that improve equipment performance and maintenance strategies for cement plants worldwide. You will lead the development of complex Failure Mode, Effects, and Criticality Analysis (FMECA) models, connecting failure modes with maintainable parts, maintenance activities, and service recommendations. Working closely with Mechanical Engineering, Remote Services, Product Management, commercial teams, and the ORS Product Manager, you will transform technical and operational data into scalable reliability solutions. Your work will help customers optimize their maintenance strategies while supporting aftermarket service opportunities, expanding Online Reliability Services (ORS), and creating value for both our customers and the business.
