Job summary

Vickerstock is seeking a hands-on Engineering Manager in Esbjerg to lead the site’s engineering function and development of a high-performing team. You will balance people leadership with engineering performance, ensuring safety, regulatory compliance and reliable asset operation on site.

You will drive maintenance strategies, monitor KPIs and collaborate with Production, Quality and Group Engineering to deliver impactful improvements while managing projects and budgets.

Qualifications

• Experience leading engineering teams in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of maintenance practices, asset reliability and continuous improvement.
• Proven ability to use data and root-cause analysis to drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Engineering team to ensure safe, reliable operations.
• Oversee planned and reactive maintenance, optimise asset performance and uptime.
• Drive continuous improvement projects and capital improvements with cross-functional teams.
• Manage budgets, resources and contractors while maintaining safety and quality standards.
