Job summary

Fuller is seeking a Senior Automation Service Engineer based in Denmark. In this role, you will be the main technical contact for our cement customers in the EMEA region, building strong relationships and providing expertise throughout the customer lifecycle.

You will ensure adherence to quality standards and promote service enhancements. The position includes a competitive salary of DKK 690,000–820,000, along with a pension scheme and employee benefits.

Qualifications

• 8–15+ years of experience in industrial automation, preferably in cement or process industry.
• Fluent in English and comfortable with moderate travel across EMEA.
• Demonstrated ability to build and manage senior customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Act as the senior technical point of contact for EMEA cement customers.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with stakeholders.
• Provide senior-level automation expertise and troubleshooting support.
