Job summary

Fuller Technologies is seeking a Reliability Engineer III to lead FMECA model development and reliability strategies for cement plants worldwide. You will collaborate with Mechanical Engineering, Remote Services, Product Management, and commercial teams to transform data into actionable maintenance recommendations.

Required are a mechanical engineering degree and 8+ years in reliability or asset management, with experience in FMECA and ILS/RCM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years in reliability/maintenance engineering or asset management.
• Experience developing and applying FMECA or similar methodologies.
• Experience with ILS/IPS/RCM or comparable approaches.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and maintenance of FMECA models for cement plant equipment.
• Provide technical leadership on reliability methodologies and asset optimization.
• Analyze equipment reliability data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Translate reliability data into strategic maintenance recommendations and service opportunities.
• Develop and improve reliability frameworks supporting ORS and product management.
