Job summary

LEGO Group in Billund, Denmark, is seeking a Sr. Planner for R&D Processing to ensure a seamless flow of deliveries across equipment development and manufacture. You will balance capacity and demand for novelty, reorder and ECR equipment while aligning across engineering value chains.

The role is hybrid, with three days in the office and two from home. The ideal candidate will bring advanced Excel, Power BI and SharePoint skills, plus experience in engineer-to-order planning and cross-functional

Qualifications

• Applied advanced Excel, Power BI and SharePoint capabilities to manage planning data, reporting and decision-making.
• Managed capacity and demand planning for novelty, reorder and ECR equipment across an R&D value chain.
• Planned and levelled complex development or R&D projects in an engineer-to-order environment with changing priorities and multiple scenarios.
• Coordinated complex engineer-to-order development projects with changing priorities and demand signals.
• Communicated effectively across functions, disciplines and cultures to align plans and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Secure a seamless flow of deliveries across the development and manufacture of processing equipment.
• Drive coherent planning for novelty equipment, reorder equipment and ECR equipment.
• Balance capacity and demand across a complex portfolio to support both newness and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate across the value chain to ensure planning decisions enable growth and efficiency.
• Turn complexity into clear, actionable plans and provide transparent inflow plans.
