Job summary

LEGO is seeking a Sr. Planner for R&D Processing in Billund, Denmark. You will ensure a seamless flow of deliveries across the development and manufacture of processing equipment, balancing capacity and demand across a complex portfolio.

You will drive transparent planning for novelty, reorder and ECR equipment, collaborating across the value chain to support newness and operational efficiency. The role offers a hybrid model with in-office days and home work.

Qualifications

• Applied advanced Excel, Power BI and SharePoint capabilities to manage planning data, reporting and decision-making.
• Managed capacity and demand planning for novelty, reorder and ECR equipment across an R&D value chain.
• Planned and levelled complex development or R&D projects in an engineer-to-order environment with changing priorities and multiple scenarios.
• Coordinated complex engineer-to-order development projects with changing priorities and demand signals.
• Communicated effectively across functions, disciplines and cultures to align plans and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Secure a seamless flow of deliveries across development and manufacture of processing equipment.
• Drive transparent planning for novelty, reorder and ECR equipment while balancing capacity and demand.
• Collaborate across the value chain to support both newness and operational efficiency.
• Maintain an inflow/outflow plan for complex development projects and changing priorities.
• Communicate plans and decisions clearly across engineering, design and planning teams.
