The LEGO Group in Billund is seeking a Senior Manager, Commercial Development to orchestrate the Global Integrated Commercial Planning process, aligning strategy with coordinated action across markets and functions. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on delivery in a hybrid setup—3 days in the office, 2 days from home.

Orchestrate Integrated Commercial Planning across product, marketing and sales.
Prepare and deliver key planning milestones, including the annual portfolio go-to-market conference.
Uncover gaps, risks and opportunities across market plans and global priorities.
Turn complex submissions and performance information into crisp recommendations for senior decision-makers.
Facilitate planning sessions, workshops and senior stakeholder discussions across the global network.
Improve planning governance, tools and ways of working as the process evolves.
