Job summary

LEGO System A/S in Billund, Denmark, seeks a Sr. Planner for R&D Processing to ensure a seamless flow of deliveries across development and manufacture of processing equipment for LEGO elements.

You will drive planning for novelty, reorder and ECR equipment, balancing capacity and demand across a complex portfolio. This hybrid role, based in Billund, offers 3 days in-office and 2 days from home, with some teams requiring more in-office days.

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel, Power BI and SharePoint for planning data.
• Managed capacity and demand planning for novelty, reorder and ECR equipment across an R&D value chain.
• Planned and levelled complex development projects in an engineer-to-order environment with changing priorities.
• Coordinated complex engineer-to-order development projects with changing priorities and demand signals.

Responsibilities

• Develop transparent inflow plans to support evolving demand.
• Collaborate across engineering value chains to align planning.
• Improve lead time, plan alignment and efficiency across the novelty value chain.
• Balance capacity and demand while managing complexity.
• Turn complexity into clear, actionable plans.
