• Led complex commercial or strategic planning cycles with multiple functions or markets.
• Transformed large datasets into actionable commercial recommendations using Excel.
• Created concise executive presentations for senior leaders.
• Managed cross‑functional planning processes from prep to delivery.
• Resolved competing priorities across product, marketing, sales.
• Directed ambiguous projects independently with incomplete information.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate Integrated Commercial Planning across product, marketing and sales.
• Prepare and deliver key planning milestones including the annual portfolio go‑to‑market conference.
• Uncover gaps, risks and opportunities by aligning market plans with global priorities.
• Turn complex submissions and performance information into crisp recommendations for senior decision-makers.
• Facilitate planning sessions, workshops and senior stakeholder discussions globally.
• Improve planning governance, tools and ways of working as the process evolves.
