The LEGO Group is seeking a Sr. Planner for R&D Processing in Billund to secure a seamless flow of deliveries across the development and manufacture of processing equipment.

You will drive planning for novelty, reorder and ECR equipment while balancing capacity and demand, collaborating across engineering value chains. Qualifications

• Advanced Excel, Power BI and SharePoint capabilities for planning data, reporting and decision-making.
• Managed capacity and demand planning for novelty, reorder and ECR equipment across an R&D value chain.
• Planned and levelled complex development projects in an engineer-to-order environment with changing priorities and multiple scenarios.
• Coordinated complex engineer-to-order development projects with changing priorities and demand signals.

Responsibilities

• Create inflow plans for processed LEGO elements that are feasible and aligned with demand.
• Collaborate across engineering value chains to ensure plan integrity and timely delivery.
• Develop planning principles and ways of working to improve lead times and plan alignment.
• Balance capacity and demand to manage complexity across the R&D processing portfolio.
