Job summary

Sisk Group in Denmark seeks a Building Services Manager to lead MEP delivery across major projects. You will direct multidisciplinary teams, ensure design integration, testing and commissioning in line with safety, quality and sustainability requirements, and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities include coordinating with utilities, overseeing drawings and procurement, and mentoring staff while maintaining strong client and partner relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing large-scale MEP projects.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe, high-quality outcomes.
• Full lifecycle competence: estimating, pre-construction, installation, commissioning and handover.
• Commercial and contractual awareness in MEP project management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction in applying Sisk’s Building Services management systems.
• Support Building Services strategy and align with safety, quality, sustainability and partnerships.
• Oversee MEP delivery from pre-construction through handover and commissioning.
• Guide tendering, procurement and award of MEP packages.
• Ensure safe management of live energy systems and energy assessments.
• Plan, coordinate and integrate MEP works into the project programme.
• Engage with utility providers and stakeholders for interfaces.
• Review and approve coordinated drawings and builder’s work requirements.
• Implement inspections, testing, commissioning and handover plans.
• Mentor junior team members and promote a culture of learning.
• Strengthen client, consultant and supply chain relationships.
• Prepare safety files and support soft landings.
