DSV Road GmbH is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead property transactions for the Group Property team in Hedehusene. You will manage 4-5 projects simultaneously after onboarding, with training provided to ensure you are fully integrated into the role.
You will drive end-to-end property transactions, build a global investor network, manage leases, and advise on lease agreements with country managers. Collaboration with legal and internal directors is essential.

Together, we are +35 colleagues with professional backgrounds in law, finance, construction, engineering, and project management. We are based in across the world.
Working in 3 teams, Business Development, Construction and Investment Management we oversee real estate matters for the entire DSV Group, managing a diverse portfolio of almost 3,000 properties across 80+ countries. We also work closely with our colleagues from Group Legal who are based in Poland and Germany.[MR1.1] After the acquisition of DB Schenker our portfolio has grown significantly and the volume of property transactions the same.
As our new Senior Project Manager, you will run 4-5 projects at a time once you have settled into your new job. But in the beginning, before you take full responsibility for a project, we will make sure you are introduced properly to the job through training, and you will always be welcome to liaise with one of your team colleagues.
