Job summary

DSV Road GmbH is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead property transactions for the Group Property team in Hedehusene. You will manage 4-5 projects simultaneously after onboarding, with training provided to ensure you are fully integrated into the role.

You will drive end-to-end property transactions, build a global investor network, manage leases, and advise on lease agreements with country managers. Collaboration with legal and internal directors is essential.

Qualifications

• Educational background in property management, finance, or law; MSc in Property Management or equivalent preferred.
• Fluent in English; other languages a plus.
• Strong IT skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Run 4-5 property transaction projects at a time after onboarding; training provided.
• Manage property transactions from initiation to completion, including due diligence, contract negotiations, and sale/leaseback contractions.
• Identify investors and build a worldwide network of industry contacts.
• Handle leases and advise on lease agreements to local country managers.
• Coordinate with stakeholders such as investors, legal advisors, and internal directors.
