The LEGO Group is seeking a Senior Project Manager for Electronic Process Engineering Europe to connect element design with manufacturable processes. The role is based in Billund with a strong focus on cross-functional collaboration across design, sourcing, and manufacturing to ensure safety, launch timing and quality standards.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering with 5+ years EMS experience.
• Experience with novelty electronic products and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Professional English required; knowledge of MTM/DFx/Six Sigma beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Design & Manufacturing Insight: assess design elements to enable efficient manufacturing.
• Process Engineering & Project Management: balance 50/50 for timely delivery.
• Equipment Development: collaborate with partners to specify equipment needs.
• Project Leadership: lead equipment platform development via the Project Execution Model.
• Collaboration & Execution: work with suppliers and colleagues to deliver scalable solutions.
• Project Handover & Standards: anchor handover to line with high standards.
• Continuous Improvement: conduct after-action reviews and apply agile practices.
