Job summary

LEGO Group in Billund is seeking a Senior Manager, People Process Experiences to connect global people processes and create simpler colleague experiences. You will lead governance, align stakeholders, and embed AI, automation and digital-first thinking across end-to-end processes.

You’ll coordinate process owners, product teams and operations to deliver measurable value while maintaining compliance with local legislation.

Qualifications

• Established governance for complex people processes or services.
• Built end-to-end process transparency with catalogs or taxonomies.
• Led cross-boundary process improvement and resolved hand-off gaps.
• Facilitated diverse groups to design solutions and drive decisions.
• Applied people operations/expertise to future-state ways while complying with local law.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with process owners, designers and stakeholders to form an enterprise view of people processes.
• Build a catalog of people processes and enforce governance standards.
• Prioritize improvements across key colleague journeys and hand-offs.
• Use data and feedback to identify simplifications and opportunities.
