Job summary

The LEGO Group in Billund is seeking a Digital Enablement & Projects Manager to identify, shape, and deliver digital enablement initiatives across Social Responsibility and enabling functions. You will bridge business, technical and operational teams to translate priorities into practical solutions, implementation plans, and measurable outcomes.

You will lead adoption, change management, and ensure new capabilities are embedded before transitioning long-term ownership into operational teams.

Qualifications

• Led strategic projects, transformation programmes, or enterprise-wide change initiatives.
• Delivered programme and project governance, risk management, delivery planning, and benefits tracking.
• Managed digital enablement, systems implementation, or business improvement projects.
• Built project plans, system enhancements, or operational improvements from business requirements.
• Coordinated stakeholders across complex matrix organisations, including senior leaders and executive sponsors.
• Directed organisational change, implementation readiness, training, communications, and adoption activities.

Responsibilities

• Drive digital enablement across planning, reporting, collaboration.
• Lead major system implementations and platform enhancements.
• Develop adoption strategies and roadmaps linking priorities to outcomes.
• Coordinate cross-functional transformation initiatives for efficiency.
