Job summary

The LEGO Group in Billund, Denmark is seeking a senior electrical engineering specialist to lead the design and delivery of large-scale construction projects across EMEA, aligning with global standards and the Next Generation Factory initiative.

You will act as the electrical lead across all project phases, driving safety, compliance, and innovative solutions, and collaborating with suppliers, authorities, and internal teams to deliver efficient, future-ready facilities.

Qualifications

Minimum 6 years of combined theoretical and practical experience in electrical engineering for international clients.
Demonstrated project management experience in large-scale industrial or construction projects.
Familiarity with international electrical design standards and practices.
Experience working with international engineering firms and design institutes.

Responsibilities

Lead electrical design and implementation for major construction projects across EMEA.
Act as the key electrical lead across all project phases and ensure compliance with specifications.
Provide technical leadership to local and global project teams on new builds and retrofit projects.
Review and validate design documentation and on-site installations for quality and compliance.
Identify and manage risks, NCRs, and ensure timely resolution and proper documentation.
