You will drive standardization, parameter definition, and documentation for global production, collaborating with specialists and operators to scale this evolving technology.

Based in Billund with a hybrid work rhythm, you will play a key role in transferring the technology from development to reliable production and expanding its application across LEGO

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on experience with industrial-scale coating, deposition, or surface treatment processes.
• Defined critical process parameters and translated them into stable manufacturing performance.
• Led process development, industrialization, or technology transfer initiatives.
• Delivered technical recommendations based on structured experimentation and process data.
• Communicated technical topics clearly to a broad range of stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead specialist knowledge for PVD process standardization and industrialization.
• Explore process limits and identify opportunities to expand the technology's application.
• Develop process understanding, standards, and documentation for global use.
• Support the transition of a developing technology into reliable production.
• Define critical process parameters and quality requirements.
• Collaborate with specialists and operators to improve process capability and performance.
• Help establish the foundation for scaling and globalizing a new coating technology.
• Support exploration and use of similar technologies in the future.
• Be the go-to expert for PVD technology and its manufacturing integration.
