Job summary

Maersk Group - A.P. Møller Mærsk is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Routing Engine in Copenhagen on a 15‑month maternity cover.

You will own the routing product roadmap, govern routing processes, and drive automation and AI-enabled improvements that deliver business value across global logistics. You will partner with business, technology, and network design teams to shape scalable routing solutions, align stakeholder priorities, and manage change during the transition from legacy systems

Proven experience defining product vision and roadmaps across complex programs.
Translate business needs into epics and requirements for engineering teams.
Drive value realization with measurable outcomes and benefits.
Strong data analytics mindset to guide prioritization and decisions.
Knowledge of routing, logistics, or supply chain processes.

Responsibilities

Own the product and process roadmap for Routing Engine, ensuring alignment with business strategy and priorities.
Own product outcomes and value realization, including defining success metrics and tracking.
Lead product discovery and solution exploration to simplify routing via automation and data/AI.
Own routing process governance, including policies, rules, controls, and compliance.
Support implementation through change management and stakeholder engagement across functions.
Drive migration of routing capabilities from legacy to modern product solutions with minimal disruption.
Contribute to annual operating planning, investment prioritization, budget cycles, and business case development.
